Dear qntmfred or to whomever it may concern,

How does flood control get triggered?
Sometimes I'll just be making another post in a different section and it unreasonably restricts the action. Was it because I was posting the same exact message (it was " ")? Or was it because I made four replies in less than around a few minutes?

Thank you for taking out the time to educate me on this matter, I appreciate it.

Tangentially related, why does a picture I add to gallery get rotated 90 degrees without my permission? Last 2 i added were rotated 1/4th turn counterclockwise
