Yeah, I noticed a "Red Light District" section on several of the PartyInCollege sites. It's not a bad thing to have; running into that stuff in Chit Chat is not a good thing when you're in a computer lab or at work.

how about as a subsection of Chit Chat...

with a small link on the message boards page... (and no link on the homepage)...

that way it won't be there in big letters keeping the more timid people from joining the site

but a lot of times the porn posted has nothing to do with the thread. It's not just a thread title like, "Hottest girl..." It's just randomly posted.

I don't think a separate section would help.

I disagree. I think that a separate section would allow ppl to get it "out of their system" so to speak, and less likely to put porn pix into a non-porn thread.

i believe one of them did... i can't remember which. ask bobby, i know he posts on it... temple is slow as hell... that's the only one i ever posted on. i think the one w/ actual users is dragonclaw, but i can't remember (and i'm at work w/ no links).

one thing that is a definite tho, while a large percentage of the threads were sex related (and usually started by some attention whore), they usually stayed in the sex/dating sections.

problem with us is that the users here have established a habit of posting it in chit chat, and it might now work.

ya know... after reading i have to agree with marko...

the way things are done on other boards doesn't apply here... the wolfweb posting habits have been consistent for years now... it's not going to change just becuase someone makes a new section... attention whores will be attention whores in other ways, people will post porn in the middle of random threads, and very little will change...

hell, the only thing that will change is papsmear will get a forum almost all to himself... the only people he'd be sharing with are the whiney guys who bitch about being the nice guy and never getting girls
