Its not Chit Chat. Threads that basically attack or say something insulting and useless about another user should be banned.

I agree that topic belongs better in Chit Chat. As one of the moderators, I am not deliberately leaving threads in the Soap Box if they don't belong there, but being at work all day with a dial up modem does not make it possible for me to constantly monitor every thread. The best thing to do is, if you see a thread that doesn't belong, send me or another moderator a PM, and it will most likely get addressed more quickly
